well it's almost here, summer vacation! not like i'm a little anxious about it or anything.... it's just the summer; you know... sleeping in, lounging around, playing w. Uber, back to the gym routine [not at 0600], the beach [did i say THE BEACH], organizing [yeah, i love to *spring clean* all the time], my boys are coming out for a much needed visit, and are spending long hours with my Honey....... ahhh, summertime....
things are little hectic these last couple dayz at skool..... kids have checked out, teachers have checked out, and we're all going through the motions.... my classroom is almost ready.... all the instruments have been farmed out to the local music store, big percussion instruments have been stored, books and uniforms locked up.... and so on. have a couple last minute projects to finish, but other than that...... it's SUMMER!!!!
looking forward to the first couple of dayz off.... knowing me, like i do, i start right in with *organizing*..... finding the perfect place for the stuff that just found its way back, sorting through *stuff*, looking through old memorabilia.... but then again, maybe i'll just kick back. the nice thing is that i really don't have a schedule, though i do have a few items on the ever growing list from hell.... #1 would be to find a new truck and sell the pony, #2.... hmmmm, that's a good question..... i'm sure i'll think of something, but right now i'm just relishing the idea that the countdown has officially begun........
2 days.....16 skool hours...... 960 minutes....57,600 seconds.... 57,600,000 milliseconds...57,600,000,00 microseconds..... and 5.76E12 nanoseconds..... but who's counting?
