fun in the sun......

let me just start off by saying that sometimes the bestest things come in teeny small packages..... first there is the small *non-date-date* thing.......hanging out over coffee and rock star 21, and then doing the street fair......

in the big scheme of life, i guess a *date* shouldn't be considered a small thing, but since this was a *non-date-date*, i put it in the small category...... well let me tell ya; it was way more [& i mean way more] fun than i expected..... now don't get me wrong, it's not like i was 'expecting' anything per say, and i kinda already knew it was going to be........ fun.......... but it was REALLY [and you know how often i use caps] fun....... kickin back, talking about lots of things and nothing, sometimes just not talkin at all, but regardless, i have a great time...... so thanks.

then there's the cheesey jalapeno bread...... sounds okay, looked tasty, but damn....... if that isn't the greatest thing since sliced bread [get it sliced bread] than i don't know what is....... barely through the front door, tossed the loaf on the cutting board, and away i cut....... 1 slice [hey that was good, maybe just one more], another slice [yowzer, that's yummy] a third slice......... let's just say, damned good bread, and no, i ain't tellin how many slices i "wolfed" down.......

another small but goodie was that i got some sun......yeppers, sun, and though i think it's a good thing, many would holler about the ramifications of the sun on one's skin.....which is why there's a thing called sun screen....... uhhhhhh, sunscreen? you mean that white stuff that stinks, and makes ya all slimy?  ohhhhhhhhh......... well i forgot, and though i'm always glad to get sun, now i'm sun burned......so not cool..... but it's just a little, and i think i'll manage......maybe i'll roll around in peanut butter...... i think it's a polish thing, handed down from generation to generation, or it's a really mean ole nasty trick to do to someone..........

as for a downside to the morning & afternoon....... don't think there really was one......  just a couple little 'we're not going there' things, but hey, that's expected when you're getting to know someone, right.......  i'm sure the topics will be broached again, an maybe i'll feel like sharing [or not], but why put a damper on things when you're having fun, right? and i know that i can share when i want, and not share when i want, and either way, it's just okay......

so....... an uber fantastic way to start the day......
