enjoyed *gurls nite out* last night...... hadn't seen neeners and loveless since..... well, it's been some time. u see, we used to play softball together every week for years, then neenie got in a*bad* place, loveless was having issues @ home, and i took a hiatus from socal and traveled around south america for 65 days [that's a whole other posting when i can get my arms around it again]....then the fall season came, we were back in our routine, i got grounded for medical issues, we lost touch for a couple of months, but we're back.
so......the gurls and i refer to ourselves as the power pinky gurls.... goofy, yeah i know.....but we're gurls, and we get to be goofy.... it's gurl law [and yes, we, too, have our own law], don't ya kno?! i love it that we can just pick up where we left off, yack into the wee hours, be completely silly, laugh @ the people who are laughing @ us, and know that we share a common bond....no matter what, we're there for each other..... love ya neenie & loveless.....

Nothing, and I really do mean Nothing....feels like the "comfort" that comes from getting back together with a true Friend.....and the conversation just picks up where it left off.
